Jinja may want to leverage its new city status by tapping into its artsy side. After all, the “industrial hub of Uganda” lustre it once had is no more. Yes, sporadic factories might be cropping up here and there. But the comparative advantage this easterly metropolis had owing to being the home of the iconic Owen Falls Dam is long gone. More
