This report, commissioned by multiple stakeholders including the British Council and the Ministry of Gender, Labour, and Social Development, maps the landscape of Uganda's CCIs with a focus on post-COVID shifts and digital opportunities for practitioners aged 18 to 35. Conducted between July and September 2023, the study includes a SWOT analysis, examines employment patterns, business models, and investment trends in sectors like fashion, film, and visual arts. Key findings highlight the need for innovation and the potential for scaling creative businesses. The conclusion offers a vision for a national theory of change to advance Uganda’s CCIs.
